Cheesy Beefburger

Ingredients
- 4 medium onions
- 4lb. (1.80kg) lean minced beef
- 4oz (100g) butter
- 8tblsp. chopped fresh parsley
- i2tbsp. brown sauce
- 8oz. (225g) grated Cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 24 burger buns
Procedures
- First melt the butter in a pan then fry the onions gently for 5 minutes
- Transfer to a bowl and mix in the remaining ingredients
- Divide into 24 and shape into burgers
- Cook on a well heated barbecue for 15 minutes
